1. Who we are

Fruzz Web is run by Max Hallefors (sole trader, Sweden, org. no [MAX_ORG_NO], VAT no [MAX_VAT_NO]) and Ossian Rezai (sole trader, Sweden, org. no [OSSIAN_ORG_NO]), [STREET_ADDRESS], [POSTCODE] Umeå, Sweden.

In these terms, "we" and "us" means Fruzz Web, and "you" means the business that buys from us. You can reach us at max@fruzzweb.com.

2. Business customers only

We sell only to businesses and organisations, not to consumers. By ordering, you confirm that you're buying for your business.

3. What we sell

We design, build, host and look after websites. You can choose one of these plans (prices in euros, excluding VAT):

  • Monthly: €79 a month. Site design and build, your own domain, hosting, security and updates, and up to 2 small text changes a month. No setup fee.
  • Yearly: €790 a year. The same as Monthly, paid once a year.
  • One-time: from €990. Site design and build, plus the first year of domain and hosting. After that, €99 a year for domain, hosting and security. Further changes are quoted per job.

The current prices are always on our pricing page. Regional prices apply in some countries. The price in your quote or order is the one that applies to you.

4. How an order works

  1. We agree what you need, by email or a short call.
  2. We build a draft of your site.
  3. You send us changes. Two rounds of changes are included.
  4. You approve the finished site. Then you pay.
  5. We put the site live on your domain and look after it, as your plan describes.

5. Payment

  • You pay by card through Stripe, after you approve the finished site.
  • Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically and are charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
  • Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses outside Sweden: no Swedish VAT is added and reverse charge applies (you account for VAT in your own country). Businesses in Sweden: 25% Swedish VAT is added. Businesses outside the EU: no VAT from us.
  • If a payment fails, we'll tell you by email. If it isn't sorted out within 14 days, we may take the site offline until it is. TODO: confirm with Max

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • Monthly: you can cancel any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.
  • Yearly: you can cancel any time before the plan renews. We don't refund the current year. TODO: confirm with Max
  • One-time: there are no refunds after you've approved the site and it has gone live. From the second year, you can stop the yearly domain and hosting fee at renewal.

7. Changes after launch

On the monthly and yearly plans, up to 2 small text changes a month are included (for example new opening hours, a new price or a new paragraph). Unused changes don't carry over. TODO: confirm with Max Bigger changes, like a new page or a new feature, are quoted first. On the one-time plan, changes are quoted per job.

8. Who owns what

  • Your content (texts, photos and logo) is always yours.
  • One-time plan: once you've paid, you own the site.
  • Monthly or yearly plan: we host and maintain the site for you, and the site's design and code stay ours. After 12 months you can buy the site out for [BUYOUT_PRICE].

9. When the service ends

When a subscription ends, or a one-time customer stops paying the yearly hosting fee, the site goes offline at the end of the paid period. On request, we send you your texts and images. What happens to the domain: [DOMAIN_OWNERSHIP]

10. Your responsibilities

  • The content you give us is accurate, and you tell us when something changes.
  • Your site follows the rules for your profession. For example, medical and dental practices must follow the advertising rules that apply to them. We build what you approve, but you're responsible for what it says.
  • You have the rights to the photos, logos and other material you send us.

11. Our responsibilities and limits

  • We do the work with care and keep your site secure and up to date while your plan is active.
  • We can't guarantee search engine rankings, visitor numbers or sales.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies. TODO: confirm with Max

13. Law

Swedish law applies to these terms and to every agreement with us.
