Who is responsible for your data
Fruzz Web is run by Max Hallefors (sole trader, Sweden, org. no [MAX_ORG_NO], VAT no [MAX_VAT_NO]) and Ossian Rezai (sole trader, Sweden, org. no [OSSIAN_ORG_NO]), [STREET_ADDRESS], [POSTCODE] Umeå, Sweden.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about your data, email max@fruzzweb.com.
Visitors to this website
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It loads nothing from other websites.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare processes this data for us as our hosting provider.
When you email us
- We keep your emails and the details in them so we can answer you and run our business. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps before a contract if you ask for a quote (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre.
- We delete emails when we no longer need them, unless they become part of a customer's records (see below).
Outreach to businesses
- We find business email addresses in public registers, for example the Bulgarian Commercial Register (Търговски регистър), and send each business one email offering our service.
- We use the business name, the email address and, where relevant, the name of the contact person shown in the register.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- If you don't reply, we delete your data within 60 days.
- If you ask us not to contact you again, we add your email address to a do-not-contact list so that we never email you again. We keep only what's needed for that.
- You can object at any time: reply to our email or write to max@fruzzweb.com.
Customers
- We keep the data we need to deliver our service: contact details, what we agreed, and our emails. Legal basis: our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- We keep invoices and other accounting records for 7 years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe is a separate controller for your card details; we never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Who else sees your data
Only the services we need to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting), Zoho Mail (email) and Stripe (payments). We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.
Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Where data leaves the EU, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the data we have about you (access),
- have it corrected (correction),
- have it deleted (erasure),
- object to how we use it (objection),
- get it in a format you can take elsewhere (portability).
Email max@fruzzweb.com and we'll answer within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), or to the data protection authority in your own country.
